‘Almiron’ with hamstring injury withdraws from national team

Newcastle winger Miguel Almiron has withdrawn from the Paraguay national team after suffering a hamstring injury in Saturday’s 2-0 loss to Bournemouth .

The 29-year-old forward was substituted after just half an hour of the game at the Vitality Stadium, while Newcastle head coach Eddie Howe revealed after the game that “He has a hamstring problem.
